ITEMS FROM THE PALESTINE SECTION & DONATIONS ARE NON-EXCHANGEABLE NOR REFUNDABLE

1. Returns

We are committed to providing high-quality products and hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, here is our return policy:

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Please include proof of purchase with the return.

2. Return Process

  • Contact our customer service at contact@maisonsalam.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, including the proof of purchase and the RA number.
  • Ship the package to the address provided with the RA number.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued within 7 business days following the receipt and inspection of the returned item.
  • Initial shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.
