Shipping policy

1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders will be processed within 24 to 48 business hours from the time payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. PACKAGE TRACKING

All shipped packages will come with a tracking number, allowing customers to track their orders in real-time. Customers will receive email notifications at each key stage of the shipment.

5. DELIVERY ISSUES

In case of any delivery issues, customers are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible. Claims for damaged or lost packages will be handled promptly and fairly.

7. IN-PERSON PICKUP

In-Person Pickup Policy:

  • Online Orders Only: In-person pickup is available only for orders placed through our online store.
  • Customer Eligibility: The customer must first contact us at contact@maisonsalam.com to confirm their eligibility for in-person pickup.
  • Time Confirmation: Once your order is placed, our team will contact you to schedule a time for in-person pickup. Please be available during this time.
  • Mandatory Identification: For security reasons, please present a photo ID matching the name on the order at the time of in-person pickup.
  • Advance Payment: All orders must be paid in full online before in-person pickup. Cash payments will not be accepted at the time of delivery.
  • Acceptance at Delivery: Please carefully inspect your order at the time of in-person pickup. Any claims regarding missing or damaged items must be made on the spot.
  • Cancellation and Modification: Requests to cancel or modify the in-person pickup must be submitted 24 hours before the scheduled date.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE AN IN-PERSON PICKUP REQUEST.
